Primal Hunting and Outdoors is committed to providing superior products and customer service. If you receive a faulty product (excludes damage incurred during transit – refer postage section) please follow the refund steps below.
1. Contact Primal Hunting and Outdoors 0439 780 309 or via email firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as you receive the goods.
2. After confirmation of refund, products are to be posted back to us in their original package and unused condition. Products need to be received no later than 14 days after the refund has been approved.
3. A full refund on the returned items will be issued once the products are received and have been confirmed to be in their original package and condition.
Please note that a refund will only be issued if the products are returned in the same condition as to when they were posted.
